Placement Short Description

The majority of our services are delivered in Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, but through Inclusion, part of our specialist care group, we cover much of England.

We offer service users, carers and staff the opportunity to take part in a range of research projects as well as the evaluation of services through our Involvement for Impact Framework.

Our approach to quality improvement includes the Virginia Mason methodology and we share its focus on pursuing the perfect patient experience.
